At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. xx9900 reserves the right to close any account where false information has been provided. It is your responsibility to notify our support team immediately if any of your details change.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details strictly confidential. If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately. Use of your account by any third party is prohibited.

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on xx9900 is ৳300. We accept the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

When processing a withdrawal, we will attempt to return funds using the same method you used to deposit. xx9900 may request additional verification information if any withdrawal request is under review.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If any suspicious transaction or indication of fraud is detected, xx9900 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction and temporarily freeze the associated account for investigation.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, your bonus is ৳1,000 and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000 or more, your bonus is ৳5,000 (the maximum), and your total balance will be ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. This means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the bonus amount. Withdrawals directly from the bonus are not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and will be automatically cancelled if not used within the specified time.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected in connection with the use of a bonus, the bonus and any related winnings will be forfeited.
• xx9900 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Claiming the same offer more than once is prohibited.

xx9900's VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

xx9900 may modify VIP tier benefits from time to time. Conditions apply for cashback funds to become withdrawable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xx9900 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through software, bots, or automated methods.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or managing an account for a minor.
• Exploiting technical errors in the system and failing to report them.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, and all deposited funds and winnings may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

7.1 Game Rules
